We know the struggle, you have purchased your item(s) and you want them NOW. At Fait D’hiver we always do our utmost best to get you your purchased items ASAP. Fait D’hiver works with Bpost, the Belgian postal service. Depending on the country of delivery, the time of delivery will adjust.

For Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg, your item will arrive the next workday.
For France, your item will arrive within the next 2 workdays.
For Germany and the UK, your item will arrive within 2 or 3 workdays.

Do you live in an other country? Please be extra patient, the parcel will arrive shortly.

  1. Delivery costs

Depending on which country you live in, the shipping costs will be adjusted. Do you live in the BeNeLux? Then you have free shipping on every order above €50.
Do you live in France or Germany? Then you are lucky! Every order above 100 € is free of charges.

  1. Confirmation of delivery

Once your item is sent by us, you will receive an e-mail stating that the order has been ‘completed’. This means that the parcel has been collected by Bpost for delivery to your address. Now your favorite cardigan is on it’s way!

If you haven’t received an e-mail, please check your ‘Junk/Spam’-folder!  Sometimes the e-mail sneaks in in a wrong folder… OOPS!

  1. Not at home?

OH-OH! Are you not at home when your parcel arrives? Don’t worry, Bpost leaves a note in your mailbox! You can collect your parcel at the closest postal office.
